Shipping policy

At ROOTED, every order is prepared with intention, care, and attention to detail. We are committed to delivering a premium experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.


Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Due to the customized nature of select products, custom color blends (such as 4/30, 4/27/30, and similar combinations) require additional formulation time and may take up to 14 business days to process.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after processing is complete and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.

We kindly ask that you review your shipping details carefully at checkout. ROOTED is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, ROOTED is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your carrier directly for further assistance.
